Individual Counselling Services for Adults

In individual counselling, you will work one-on-one with a therapist of your choice. We offer unique and customizable therapeutic services that are catered to your needs as a client. Each therapist has specialized training and works from evidence-based approaches. We want to help you live a meaningful and fulfilling life!

Your child or teen will work directly with a therapist who specializes in child & adolescent mental health. Your child or teen will receive unique and customizable services, suited to their needs. Couples Therapy

Are you and your partner having difficulties? This is a safe space for you to identify problems and work together toward change.


Walk and talk therapy

These sessions take place outside in the Beltline. We combine movement & talk therapy to help aid in stress reduction, mood improvement, and nervous system regulation. It is a great way to connect to yourself & nature, outside of the traditional office setting.


Group Therapy & Workshops

We offer group therapy & workshops. Please inquire within. Please note: for groups and workshops payment is due upon registration to secure a spot and we do not issue refunds.

Acknowledging that we are all unique, Ben takes a collaborative, curiosity-driven, individualized, compassionate, person-focused, and strength-based approach to counselling.

He draws from a combination of modalities, such as solution-focused therapy, person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). He works with individuals dealing with chronic pain/somatic issues, couples/relationship challenges, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, religious trauma, self-esteem, life changes/existential challenges, work/life stress, grief, and loss.

Ben has been a Chiropractor for 14 years and he uses his experience in working with individuals, with a variety of health issues, to integrate the complex and intertwined biological and physiological connections with the mind and our overall well-being.

His understanding of the human body significantly informs his understanding of the interplay between our physical and mental health.

Myla aims to create an authentic and non-judgmental therapeutic space, providing care and support to clients as they navigate their unique paths. She is passionate about client-centred care, rooted in what works for clients, and offers the resources and knowledge she has to share with them as a clinician.

Myla is able to offer support to a range of mental health and life challenges. Her areas of expertise include Relationships, Trauma, Life transitions, and Grief and Loss (including death, illness, miscarriage, infertility, divorce, pet loss). Her experience includes working with families, couples, and individuals. Myla is particularly passionate about teens and 65+ adults, offering age-friendly care as they navigate life transitions, identity, depression, anxiety, grief, and life changes. Myla uses several therapeutic orientations, including a Family Systems approach to complex relationships and feelings, a strength-based, somatic and mindfulness-based approach for grief and trauma, and a Solution-focused approach for creating change.

Myla has a background in the theatre arts, music, spiritual care, and Reiki, bringing positive energy and creativity to her work as a clinician.
